Domus Livia Hotel - Rome

Appreciated every detail about my very nice 3 nights stay here. The staff was exceptionally kind and gave some great recommendations. The facilities in the twin room were good, beds were exceptionally comfortable. The breakfast of the hotel restaurant was great with nutella or jelly. This accommodation had a very central setting in the seedy neighborhood right around Termini.

This place offers air-conditioned quadruple rooms with lovely beds in a perfect location near an underground station, situated in a very nice area with panoramic views.

The location near a main station was good. The breakfast was wonderful with yoghurts, toast plus nutella or jelly, the staff was pleasant and exceptional...

Easy access to public transport (many buslines, like express line to St.Peter) and very close to Metro Repubblica.

For a superior room, it might have been bigger. Breakfast is rather limited (1 croissant, 1 bread roll and 2 pieces of toast per person, coffee, orange juice, butter, jam and chocolate spread) and served in your room. Thanks to the volcano in Island, we had to extend our stay in another hotel close by and learned that comparable rooms with a large buffet breakfast can be found at 2/3 of the price that we payed. Apart from the breakfast there are no negative points, but for our next visit we well go for "better value for less money".

The staff team was genuinely helpful. the location was best possible and comfortable, a short walk to the old town. Appreciated to be a short walk to a train station. My experience at Domus Livia in Rome was great. the staff was really helpful, and the location was perfect for exploring the old town. Plus, it was so convenient to be within walking distance to a train station. it was a very good stay with good value for money.

It is nestled in the heart of the town, steps away from Quirinale. The breakfasts are enjoyable with juice and the room-standard croissants, as example🙂

Superior rooms (changed on arrival) were really nice & quiet, staff very helpful & friendly, location really good. We enjoyed our stay at Livia and would gladly recommend and return!

I enjoyed my stay in a single room with a regular double bed, at a perfect and convenient location close to a main station.

Upgraded to a room with AC and soundproof windows. the staff was super friendly and the hotel is conveniently located near the subway 🚇.

Nice building and rooms with an authentic old world charm. Location so close to many historical sites and 2 minute walk to the Metro and taxi stand, and Roma Termini train station. Unique design, great service in the entire hotel.

Great location in the city center, easy access to transport to different to tourist spot and nice and accommodating staff

The hotel has a prime location right next to the Termini train station, making it convenient for transportation. It is situated in a lovely neighborhood with an authentic restaurant nearby. I appreciated the retro-style decoration of the single room I booked online.

the location of the hotel - it is close to Plazza Venezia; the room was clean, had air conditioning, the hotel staff was helpful

1. poor sound isolation, we could hear everything happening in the street - i could not sleep the first night..2. very poor breakfast (one croissant, one small breadroll, nutella and marmelade)

Very central location, within walking distance to the major Rome sites. Front desk staff very helpful with good english, gave us lots of tips on where to eat and what time of day is best for visiting the many historical sites. A very good price for a great location.

Just some small things, like no tissue in the room. Clean but the shower walls could use some extra attention.
